Fees & Payment Policy
Collective Education Australia maintains a formal credit and payment policy to accompany our existing consulting and training fee schedule. We have established this policy to standardise our accounting procedures and to insure timely payment for services performed. Collective Education Australia is responsible for the sale, development and delivery of all consulting and training services.
- Our fees for off-site/on-site professional consulting and planning services are billed at an hourly an ad hoc rate with minimum of 4 hour/half day engagement, with at least one hour planning for each workshop, in addition to the reimbursement for appropriate expenses. We also offer flat-rate agreements for some consulting services.
- Our fees for off-site professional learning and development courses are billed at set per person pricing as advertised via www.collectiveeducation.com. At times Collective Education Australia may offer promotional codes and discounts based upon early registration, bulk purchasing or repeat event attendance.
- Our fees for a minimum of 40/70/100 Hours off-site/on-site professional consulting and planning services are billed at minimum of a 4 hour/half day fee -- in addition to the reimbursement for appropriate expenses and travel. We also offer flat-rate agreements for some consulting services. Comprehensive planning, tailored program and follow up are included at this price. We also offer flat-rate and revenue-sharing agreements for some training services.
Credit & Payment Terms
- All statements for services are due and payable upon acceptance of proposal/quote; please ensure that a purchase order is sent to Collective Education Australia to confirm your booking and the dates requested.
- All invoices must be paid with 14 days
- For workshops and professional development delivered interstate or outside the metropolitan areas that our consultants service, all travel costs including return airfares, accommodation, transportation to and from airport/venue shall be at the expense of the party engaging Collective Education Australia services. Travel costs are calculated based on standard travel and accommodation rates and are only approximate. At completion of the work engaged by Collective Education Australia, the actual amount incurred for travel will be charged. If a substantial difference exists between the quoted travel costs and those actually incurred, the engaging party will be notified and a final amount for travel costs will be negotiated
- Packages Hours purchased are valid for 12 months from commencement of contract and are required to be planned and scheduled within 120 days of purchase – please see below terms and conditions for cancelation. If hours have not been planned for with in the 12 month contract, you will forfeit the entire remaining hours.
- The scope of work for Collective Education Australia services must be addressed in a pre-planning meeting and by routine correspondence, a letter of understanding or by a formal agreement.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a training event within thirty (30) days of the scheduled delivery of the event you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the original fee. You may re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days, subject to our availability and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.
If you cancel a training event within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled delivery of the event you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original fee. You may re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days, subject to our availability and 50% of the cancellation fee will be applied to your final statement. If you do not re-schedule the delivery of the training event within ninety (90) days of the original delivery date, you will forfeit the entire cancellation fee.
